Initial Consultation
If you have been seriously injured or lost a loved one because of someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing, we invite you to call our office for a free consultation. Our attorneys, legal assistants and staff work together as a team to provide personal, compassionate care and attention to everyone who calls on us for help. Initially, we will gather as much information as possible by phone. We will then carefully evaluate that information and work closely with you to plan what steps to take.
Contingent Fees
Because most injured people cannot afford to take on well-financed defendants or insurance companies, we generally accept payment for our services on a contingent fee basis. This means that our clients are charged for our services only if we are successful.
Time Limits
Bad Faith, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Medical Malpractice
Idaho law imposes strict time limits, called statutes of limitation, on the filing of claims. Usually, personal injury claims must be filed within two years from the act of negligence that caused the injury, while wrongful death claims must be filed within two years from the date of death. However, there are important exceptions to these general guidelines; in some cases the statute of limitations may be much shorter, in others longer. If you are considering a claim, contact our office. Our approach to resolving cases
